杭州欧美金融城EFC项目T2塔楼为办公及公寓类公共建筑,地下两层,地上47层,建筑高度约209.18 m。结构体系采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒(劲性钢骨),为B级高度超限高层建筑。对该工程的结构体系、结构布置、结构设计特点、抗震性能目标以及主要抗震措施进行介绍,分别采用PKPM和MIDAS Building软件对结构进行弹性反应谱分析和弹性时程分析,并进行Pushover分析和罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性时程分析。分析结果表明,结构整体及构件的刚度、承载力满足抗震性能目标的要求。
Tower T2 of EFC project of Euro-American Finance City in Hangzhou is an office and apartment building with two floors underground, 47 floors above ground and a building height of approximately 209.18 m. Structural system uses cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame - the core tube (steel), a B-level height limit high-rise buildings. The structural system, structural arrangement, structural design features, seismic performance objectives and main seismic measures of the project are introduced. The structure of the structure is analyzed by elastic response spectrum analysis and elastic time history analysis using PKPM and MIDAS Building software, respectively. Elasto-plastic time history analysis in case of earthquake. The analysis results show that the stiffness and the bearing capacity of the whole structure and the components meet the requirements of the seismic performance target.
