利用计算机数值模拟对A356铝合金摩托车车轮的重力铸造过程进行分析,研究了铸件缺陷的产生原因及模具的气塞对铸件缺陷的影响。结果表明,在合适的位置设置气塞,可以改变铸件凝固顺序,有效减少铸件的缺陷。实际生产验证了模拟结果的准确性。
The gravity casting process of the A356 aluminum alloy motorcycle wheel was analyzed by computer numerical simulation. The causes of the defects of the castings and the influence of the mold plug on the castings defects were studied. The result shows that the gas plug can be changed in the proper position to change the order of solidification and reduce the defects of the castings effectively. The actual production verified the accuracy of the simulation results.
