目的:研究孕期钙营养指导及运动干预对孕妇骨密度的影响。方法:选取来门诊孕期检查且为初产、单胎、孕早期孕妇312例分为干预组和非干预组,排除失访者共收集有效样本303例,干预组150例接受孕期钙营养指导及运动干预教育,非干预组153例接受常规教育。观察两组孕妇孕28、36周骨密度变化。结果:干预组骨密度显著优于非干预组,差异有统计学意义(孕28周χ2=21.16,P<0.01;孕36周χ2=20.52,P<0.01)。结论:孕期钙营养指导及运动干预能够有效提高孕妇骨密度含量,对促进骨健康有积极效果。
Objective: To study the influence of calcium nutrition guidance during pregnancy and exercise intervention on the bone density of pregnant women. Methods: A total of 312 preterm, singleton and first trimester pregnant women were enrolled in the outpatient period. The 312 pregnant women were divided into intervention group and non-intervention group. Excluding the lost persons, a total of 303 valid samples were collected. The intervention group received 150 cases of calcium nutrition guidance during pregnancy and Sports intervention education, 153 cases of non-intervention group received routine education. The changes of BMD in 28 and 36 weeks pregnant women in both groups were observed. Results: The BMD in the intervention group was significantly better than that in the non-intervention group (χ2 = 21.16, P <0.01 at the 28th week; χ2 = 20.52, P <0.01 at the 36th week). Conclusion: The guidance of calcium nutrition during pregnancy and exercise intervention can effectively increase the bone mineral density in pregnant women and have a positive effect on promoting bone health.
