针对目前在变电站二次系统改造中出现的变电站自动化系统升级维护工作量大、成本高的情况,提出使用基于XML的配置文件对智能电子设备(IED)的配置进行描述,通过在系统端和站端传递配置文件对站端设备进行自动识别和远程配置的方法。对配置所涉及的一、二次模型进行统一建模,根据IEC 61850协议的变电站配置描述语言(SCL)和系统实际需要对配置文件所用语言进行了定义。文中还在调度端、通信网络、站端和与其他自动化系统互联以实现信息共享等方面对技术基础、成本等实现条件进行了简单分析。
Aiming at the situation that substation automation system upgrading and maintenance is heavy and cost is high in substation secondary system reform, the paper presents the configuration of intelligent electronic device (IED) using XML-based configuration file, End delivery configuration files on the device-side equipment for automatic identification and remote configuration method. The first and second models involved in the configuration are modeled in a unified manner, and the language used for the configuration file is defined according to the substation configuration description language (SCL) of the IEC 61850 protocol and the actual needs of the system. The article also analyzes the realization conditions of technical basis, cost and so on in dispatch end, communication network, station end and interconnection with other automation systems to realize information sharing.
