仔猪下痢是一种常见多发的传染病，影响仔猪的成活和增重，给养猪业带来很大的损失。养殖户所说的“拉稀”只是仔猪发病的一个临床症状，兽医工作者还要结合临床其他症状，如“拉稀”的程度、粪便的颜色、气味、有无发热、有无呕吐、病程发展的缓急、精神状态、黏膜颜色等等，综合采集信息，辨证施治。
