我公司多年来主要实行了百元产值工资含量包干形式的经济承包责任制,取得了一定成效。但是由于近几年外部形势的变化,以及内部管理停留在浅层次上,我们的经济效益也有下滑,质量、工期、信誉也受到影响。眼睛向内,挖掘潜力,完善内部经济承包,已成为当务之急。去年,我公司借鉴兄弟单位的经验,从实际出发,做了一些改革尝试:以优化内部《施工定额》管理为突破口,从加强内部层层经济核算抓起,强化企业管理,挖掘内部潜力,使质量、工期、效益全面回升。这些尝试有以下几方面:
Over the years, our company has mainly implemented an economic contract responsibility system with a hundred-yuan output-value-wage contract, which has achieved certain results. However, due to the changes in the external situation in recent years and the fact that internal management stays at a shallow level, our economic benefits have also declined, and quality, duration, and reputation have also been affected. Eyes inward, tapping potential, and improving internal economic contracting have become an urgent task. Last year, our company took advantage of the experience of our fraternal units and proceeded from actual conditions and made some reform attempts: to optimize the management of internal “construction quotas” as a breakthrough point, to strengthen the internal economic accounting, to intensify enterprise management, and to tap internal potentials. Quality, duration, and efficiency have all picked up. These attempts have the following aspects:
