目的了解广西柳城县艾滋病感染趋势和流行特点,为进一步预防控制艾滋病流行提供科学依据。方法对2011年柳城县艾滋病疫情资料进行分析。结果 2011年柳城县共发现HIV/AIDS共274例,其中男性205例,女性69例,男女比例为2.97∶1;20～49岁占总病例数52.92%;农民占68.25%;传播途径以性接触传播为主,占91.60%,其次为经静脉注射吸毒占6.57%。结论 2011年柳城县艾滋病感染者以男性青壮年为主,性接触为主要传播途径。该县应根据流行特点,采取相应防治措施。
Objective To understand the trend and epidemic characteristics of HIV infection in Liucheng County of Guangxi and provide scientific evidence for further prevention and control of AIDS epidemic. Methods The data of AIDS epidemic in Liucheng County in 2011 were analyzed. Results A total of 274 HIV / AIDS cases were found in Liucheng County in 2011, including 205 males and 69 females, with a ratio of 2.97:1. The total number of cases aged 20-49 was 52.92% and peasants accounted for 68.25%. The route of transmission was sexual Contact and transmission, accounting for 91.60%, followed by intravenous drug abuse accounted for 6.57%. Conclusion In 2011, HIV-positive people in Liucheng County were mainly male and the young, with sexual contact as the main route of transmission. The county should take appropriate prevention and control measures according to the epidemic characteristics.
