随着教育信息化的不断推进,如何充分利用互联网手段,进一步创新集体备课方式,大幅度提升集体备课的实效性,越来越成为中小学高效课堂建设实践中面临的重大现实课题。事实上,在“互联网+”的背景下,通过线上与线下有机结合,进一步创新教师集体备课方式,可以提高集体备课的效率,最大限度地实现备课资源共享,但不能自动生成优质备课资源,也不能从根本上提升集体备课的实效性。要真正从源头上提升集体备课的实效性,应当着力创新集体备课的运行机制,切实处理好集体备课与个人备课的关系,从而使两者有机结合,优势互补,形成新型的集体备课模式。
With the continuous advancement of education informatization, how to make full use of Internet means to further innovate the collective lesson preparation method and greatly increase the effectiveness of collective preparation for lessons has become a major practical issue in the practice of efficient classroom construction in primary and secondary schools. In fact, under the background of “Internet+”, through the combination of online and offline integration to further innovate the collective preparation methods of teachers, we can improve the efficiency of collective lesson preparation and maximize the sharing of lesson preparation resources, but we cannot automatically generate high quality. The preparation of class resources cannot fundamentally improve the effectiveness of collective lesson preparation. To truly improve the effectiveness of collective lesson preparation from the source, we should focus on innovating the operating mechanism of collective lesson preparation and effectively handle the relationship between collective lesson preparation and individual preparation for lessons so that the two can be combined organically and complement each other to form a new model of collective lesson preparation.
