中学阶段是一个人成长阶段中最重要的一个成长期,这一个时期的身心发展对整个人生性格的成熟和身心发育都是非常关键的。本文从改善情绪、提高智商、培养顽强的意志等三个方面给出加强体育锻炼对中学生心理健康的影响,给出了学校开展体育教学促进中学生心理健康的建议:开设心理健康教育课、增强体育教学的趣味性、体育教学与心理健康教学相结合。
The middle school stage is one of the most important growth stages of a person’s growth stage. The physical and mental development during this period is crucial to the maturity and physical and mental development of the entire life. This paper gives the influence of physical exercise on the mental health of middle school students from the following three aspects: improving emotion, raising IQ and cultivating tenacious will.
