目的研究超声引导下自动活检装置在肺外周型肿块活检的应用价值。方法在实时超声引导下使用18G内槽式活检针的自动活检装置对40例各种肺外周型肿块进行穿刺诊断。结果穿刺成功率100%,组织学确诊阳性率97.5%。结论超声引导下自动活检装置使用18G穿刺针是诊断肺外周型肿块有效、安全、简便的方法,能较好对肺外周型肿块诊断提供组织学论据。 Objective To study the value of ultrasound-guided biopsy in peripheral biopsy of lung. Methods The biopsy devices of 18G internal biopsy needle guided by real-time ultrasound were used to diagnose 40 cases of peripheral pulmonary masses. Results The puncture success rate was 100%, the positive rate of histological diagnosis was 97.5%. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided automated biopsy device using 18G needle is an effective, safe and simple method for the diagnosis of peripheral pulmonary masses. It is a good method to provide histological evidence for the diagnosis of peripheral pulmonary masses.
