目的为了检验苏州市疾病预防控制中心研制的慢性病大众知识教育与测量技术特性,在应用开展工作的同时进行五年的研究。方法 (1)根据学绩测量结果提炼健康教育重点内容,在原有健康教育工作的基础上进行强化教育,每年一次调整;(2)按照技术要求对12种类型的对象每年进行一次学绩测试,测试信息由疾控人员利用开发的专用软件进行录入,利用SPSS软件进行分析。结果 (1)2008-2012年共测试25 608人,终期成绩较初期成绩平均分数提高35.29%,12种类型的对象成绩都有显著的提高;(2)题目通过率与成绩分数相似,终期较初期提高28.53%;(3)每年通过率最低的前20题都有所变化,每题各年通过率以增加为主,但也存在一定比例的下降,其中连续4次下降的有1题,连续3次的有9题。结论该套技术具有实用性、有效性、可行性和前瞻性的良好特性,但也存在试卷通用性差的问题。
Objective To test the characteristics of education and measurement of chronic diseases knowledge developed by Suzhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and conduct a five-year research while applying and carrying out the work. (2) According to the technical requirements, 12 types of subjects were tested annually, The test information is input by disease control personnel using the developed special software and analyzed by SPSS software. Results (1) A total of 25 608 people were tested in 2008-2012, the final score was 35.29% higher than the average score of the first grade, and the scores of 12 types of subjects were significantly improved. The passing rate of each question has been increased mainly in the past years, but there is also a certain percentage of decrease. Among them, there are 1 Question, there are 9 questions in 3 consecutive times. Conclusion The set of techniques is practical, effective, feasible and forward-looking good features, but there are also problems of poor generality of papers.
