利用分子印迹技术制备了重金属铅(Ⅱ)的印迹聚合物,并对其识别性能进行定量描述。以铅(Ⅱ)离子为模板,水杨醛肟为功能单体,二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,采用本体聚合法制备印迹聚合物。结果表明,与未印迹的聚合物相比较,印迹聚合物对铅(Ⅱ)离子具有较好的识别选择性,达到吸附平衡的时间为40min,Pb2+初始浓度为10mg/L时,最大吸附量为949μg/g,并推测了该印迹聚合物和铅离子的识别机理。
The imprinted polymer of lead (Ⅱ) was prepared by molecular imprinting technique and its recognition performance was quantitatively described. The imprinted polymers were prepared by bulk polymerization using lead (Ⅱ) as template, salicylaldoxime as functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as crosslinking agent and azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator. The results show that the imprinted polymer has better recognition selectivity for lead (Ⅱ) ion than the unprinted polymer, the time for adsorption equilibrium is 40min, and the maximum adsorption capacity is Pb (superscript 2 +) when the initial concentration of Pb2 + is 10mg / L 949 μg / g, and the recognition mechanism of the imprinted polymer and lead ion was speculated.
