目的:通过川射干多点品种比较试验,优选川射干新品系。方法:从川射干种质资源中系统选育获得川射干新品系CSG1、CSG2、CSG4、CSG5、CSG6、CSG7、CSG8、CSG9,以大田生产常规品种为对照,于2009~2012年度在四川双流、中江、茂县、仁寿、安县等5个点开展多点品种比较试验,收获时测定小区产量,折合亩产,用DPS 9.50软件统计分析。结果:CSG1在多点品比试验中表现出良好的丰产性能,比对照品系增产显著,排名第1。该新品系已于2013年通过田间技术鉴定,并于2014年申请四川省农作物品种审定委员会审定。结论:CSG1是国内首批通过权威机构鉴定的川射干新品系,生产上具有较大的推广潜力。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the multi-point varieties of Radix Echizeniae, and to optimize the new strain of Radix Xanthomonas. Methods: CSG1, CSG2, CSG4, CSG5, CSG6, CSG7, CSG8, CSG6 were selected from the germplasm resources of Chuan Shegan to screen the new varieties of CSG1. Zhongjiang, Mao County, Renshou, An County and other five points to carry out more varieties of comparative trials, harvest measured cell yield, equivalent to mu yield, with DPS 9.50 software statistical analysis. Results: CSG1 showed good yield performance in the multi-point product ratio test, which was significantly higher than that of the control line and ranked No. 1. The new line passed the technical field appraisal in 2013 and applied for approval of the Sichuan Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2014. Conclusion: CSG1 is the first new line of Chuan Shegan which is accredited by authoritative agencies in China and has a great promotion potential in production.
