螺杆泵采油是一种油田常用的采油技术,但螺杆泵杆管偏磨问题一直是制约其发展的难题。目前在用单头螺杆泵因其偏心距较大,导致杆管偏磨检泵的井逐年增加。本文从3:4型泵结构设计和性能特点上展开分析研究,对3:4结构的螺杆泵有了进一步的认识。2016年现场随检泵应用53井次,平均单井增液5.1t/d;泵效提高4.8个百分点;动液面下降146m。
Screw pump oil production is a commonly used oil field oil production technology, but the partial wear screw rod pump has been limiting the development of the problem. At present, with a single-head screw pump eccentricity due to the larger, resulting in partial wear-testing rod pump tube wells increased year by year. In this paper, 3: 4 type pump structure design and performance characteristics of the analysis and research on the 3: 4 structure of the screw pump has been further understanding. In 2016, a total of 53 wells were used in the site inspection pump, with an average single well volume of 5.1 t / d; a pump efficiency of 4.8 percentage points; and a drop of 146 m in the moving liquid level.
