目的:探讨窦性心率震荡在心力衰竭伴抑郁症中的评估价值及临床意义。方法:选择该院内科2012年4月至2015年4月期间收治的心力衰竭住院患者80例作为研究对象,按SDS标准评分分为心衰抑郁症组25例和心衰非抑郁症组55例,并选择同期收治的无器质性心脏病的健康体检者共50例作为空白对照组。采用美高仪动态心电分析系统(TOP版),经固定的心电图医师去除伪差及干扰后,通过HRT分析软件检测并计算三组受检者的窦性心率震荡初始值(TO)和震荡斜率值(TS),并比较三组受检者的HRT异常情况。结果:心衰非抑郁症组与对照组相比,心衰非抑郁症组的TO值明显大于对照组,而TS值则明显小于对照组;而心衰抑郁症组与心衰非抑郁症组相比,心衰抑郁症组的TO值也明显大于心衰非抑郁症组,而TS值也明显小于心衰非抑郁症组。并且,心衰抑郁症组的HRT异常率为96.00%(24/25),明显高于心衰非抑郁症组和对照组的83.64%(46/55)、10.00%(5/50),两组间差异比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心力衰竭伴抑郁症患者的HRT现象较其他两组患者明显减弱,可见窦性心率震荡在心力衰竭伴抑郁症中具有一定的评估价值。
Objective: To evaluate the value and clinical significance of sinus rhythm concussion in heart failure with depression. In the group of heart failure depression group and non-depression group Compared with the CHF group, the TO value of heart failure group was significantly higher than that of non-depression group and the TS value was significantly lower than that of non-depression group. Moreover, HRT abnormalities in patients with HF were 96.00% (24/25), significantly higher than 83.64% (46/55) and 10.00% (5/50) in HFD and controls The differences between groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: HRT in patients with heart failure and depression is obviously weaker than those in the other two groups. It can be concluded that sinus rhythm concussion has certain value in the diagnosis of heart failure and depression.
