扭纵复合朗之万振动系统广泛地应用于超声马达和超声焊接.但在同一振动系统中,由于纵波波速比扭转波速快得多,因此纵振共振频率远高于扭振共振频率.为了使两种共振频率简并,该文作者研究了扭纵驻波超声马达振动系统中共振频率简并的一种方法,即通过细颈将一匹配质量联结到朗之万式扭纵振动换能器的端部,分别用一维网络传输矩阵法和有限元法进行了计算,并且进行了实验测量.用此方法研制的3个扭纵驻波超声马达样机,取得了满意的效果.“,”The Langivan vibrator is made of the longitudinal(L)and torsional(T)piezoelectric plates, which can be used for a transducer of a ultrasonic motor and ultrasonic welding.
