在产品的改革设计中,提高零部件价值也就是提高所承担功能的价值。为了达到功能价值提高的目的,零部件的功能分析必须依据零部件与功能的内在联系深入到所承担的各项功能中去,使零部件的改革设计具有明确的功能改善方向。为此,本文提出了偏重度与实现度的概念,并在此基础上建立了反映零部件与功能关系的矩阵关系式。这样,通过现状分析、标准评价及实际与标准的比较,不仅使零部件改革与功能改善紧密有效地结合起来,而且也为功能分析中应用电子计算机创造了条件。
In the product’s reform and design, increasing the value of parts and components is also to increase the value of the functions undertaken. In order to achieve the purpose of improving the functional value, the functional analysis of parts and components must go deep into the various functions undertaken according to the internal relations between components and functions, so that the reform and design of parts and components has a clear direction of functional improvement. For this reason, this paper proposes the concepts of the degree of emphasis and the degree of realization, and on this basis establishes a matrix relationship that reflects the relationship between components and functions. In this way, through the analysis of the status quo, standards evaluation, and the comparison between actual and standards, not only the combination of component reforms and functional improvements is closely and effectively combined, but also conditions are created for the application of electronic computers in functional analysis.
