国内体育赛事蓬勃发展的背景下,怎样使赛事志愿者常态化保持从事志愿工作的意愿,赋予志愿者在处理与赛事主办方关系问题上相应的权利是目前亟待解决的问题。主要通过问卷调查法搜集数据,采用结构方程模型对在中国青年志愿者官网(http://www.zgzyz.org.cn/node_21742.htm)注册的515位从事过体育赛事服务志愿者的数据分别进行了完全中介模型、部分中介模型以及直接效应模型比较。结果表明:赋予志愿者相应的权利在解决志愿者与赛事主办方的关系问题上有显著促进作用,在使志愿者继续从事志愿工作意愿的作用中效果显著(P<0.05)。认为:个人—任务搭配、个人—团体搭配以及集中管理型对志愿者被赋予的相应权利产生影响,同时对志愿者继续从事志愿工作意向产生积极影响。建议志愿者组织应该重点关注志愿者从事管理工作的过程中赋予志愿者相应权利的重要性。确立的体育赛事志愿者模型对于丰富与充实我国体育赛事中志愿者管理理论研究具有较大意义。
Under the background of the vigorous development of domestic sports events, how to make the volunteers of sports events normalize their willingness to volunteer and how to give the volunteers the right to deal with the relationship with the event organizers are the urgent problems to be solved. Data were collected mainly through questionnaire survey, and structural fitness model was used to analyze the data of 515 volunteers serving in sports events registered on the official website of China Youth Volunteers (http://www.zgzyz.org.cn/node_21742.htm) respectively A complete mediation model, partial mediation model, and direct effect model were compared. The results show that the corresponding rights granted to volunteers have a significant role in promoting the relationship between volunteers and event organizers, and have significant effects on volunteers’ willingness to volunteer (P <0.05). The author thinks that personal-task collocation, individual-group collocation and centralized management have an impact on the corresponding rights granted to volunteers, at the same time they have a positive impact on volunteers’ willingness to volunteer. It is suggested that volunteer organizations should pay attention to the importance of giving volunteers corresponding rights in volunteer management. The established sports event volunteer model is of great significance for enriching and enriching the research on volunteer management theory in sports events in China.
