在我国工程机械特有的代理商起始于上世纪末,而后快速进展。伴随工程的拓展,机械市场表现出日渐提升的状态,这类代理商也变得更多。现有代理业务整合了供应各类配件、租赁类的业务、常态的维修等;与之相伴,代理商也拥有了更为全面的多样职能,涉及销售配件、调节客户彼此的关系、增设维修类的服务、处理反馈得出的信息、拓展更广的后续市场。从现有状态看,工程机械代理商这样的销售队伍仍没能被完善,存在若干缺陷。对于此,要解析销售队伍表现出来的现状;这样的基础上,摸索化解的对策。
