作者采用双盲法观察三七叶皂甙对16例偏头痛的疗效,同时设天麻素组(17例)进行对比。结果三七叶皂栽组显效率25.0%,总有效率87.5%;天麻素组分别为23.5%,82.3%。表明三七叶皂甙治疗偏头痛的疗效与天麻素类似。且无副作用。 The authors used a double-blind method to observe the effect of Sanqiyeaozhi on 16 migraine headaches, and the gastrodin group (17 cases) was compared. Results The effective rate was 25.0% and the total effective rate was 87.5% in the Panax notoginseng plant group, and 23.5% and 82.3% in the gastrodin group, respectively. It shows that the efficacy of Sanqisaponin in treating migraine is similar to that of gastrodin. And no side effects.
