作者用两种气缸盖在单缸汽油试验机上进行了加氢试验研究。试验结果表明,加氢能够降低CO、HC、NO_x排放物浓度,并扩大低有害排放物的稀薄混合气区域,该区域相当于稀的经济油耗区,因而同时提高了经济性。例如,在最低油耗点,与燃用汽油的发动机相比较,燃用氢-汽油混合燃料(加氢重量比率X_h=3%)时,CO浓度明显降低(CO浓度为220ppm)。低速、低负荷时效果较好。试验结果还表明,具有不同性能燃烧室的气缸盖,加氢后对降低有害排放物浓度均有效果。本文还进行了加氢改善排放特性的理论分析,从而为实际应用提供依据。
The author used two kinds of cylinder heads in a single-cylinder gasoline testing machine hydrogenation test. The experimental results show that hydrogenation can reduce concentrations of CO, HC, NO x emissions and expand the lean mixture area of low-hazardous emissions, which is equivalent to a lean economy fuel economy zone, thereby improving economy at the same time. For example, at the lowest fuel consumption point, the CO concentration is significantly reduced (CO concentration of 220 ppm) when the hydrogen-gasoline blend fuel is fired (hydrogenation weight ratio X_h = 3%) compared to a gasoline-fired engine. Low-speed, low-load effect is better. Test results also show that cylinder heads with different performance combustors have the effect of reducing the concentration of harmful emissions after hydrogenation. This paper also carried out the theoretical analysis of hydrogenation to improve emissions characteristics, so as to provide the basis for practical application.
