对不同凝固压力下真空差压铸造ZL114A铝合金板形试样中Si含量分布进行了测试与分析,研究了凝固压力对真空差压铸造ZL114A合金中Si分布的影响。结果表明,在凝固压力作用下,真空差压铸造ZL114A铝合金试样会出现Si分布不均现象,试样中心Si含量小于表面Si含量;随着凝固压力的增加,试样中Si分布偏聚现象越来越严重,当凝固压力为最高的400kPa时,Si分布偏聚现象最严重。
The Si content distribution in ZL114A aluminum alloy plate specimen under vacuum pressure die-casting under different solidification pressures was tested and analyzed. The effect of solidification pressure on Si distribution in ZL114A alloy by vacuum differential pressure casting was studied. The results show that under the action of solidification pressure, the distribution of Si in the specimen of ZL114A alloy under vacuum differential pressure casting is not uniform, and the content of Si in the center of the specimen is smaller than that of the surface Si. With the increase of the solidification pressure, The phenomenon is more and more serious. When the solidification pressure is 400kPa, the distribution of Si is the most serious.
