针对柴油机传动齿轮结构特点,以某曲轴斜齿轮副为研究对象,运用三维接触有限元方法,计算分析了齿轮齿向接触应力分布及结构参数对其的影响,与常规理论方法计算结果吻合,说明有限元计算齿轮啮合接触应力结果合理、可信。研究表明该齿轮接触应力分布不均是由大的轴向弯曲变形导致两齿轮沿齿向的传动间隙不等引起,并运用螺旋角修形使齿向接触应力分布大为改善,为齿轮设计提供参考依据。
Aimed at the structural characteristics of diesel transmission gear, a crankshaft helical gear pair was taken as the research object.
