外滩金融中心竞赛算得上一出跌宕起伏的连续剧。我是2010年5月接到这个项目竞赛通知,被告知以独立个人的方式参赛的,作为唯一的本土选手,我的竞争对手有矶崎新、SOM、RTKL、MVRDV、PERKINS+WILL。8-1虽然地处南外滩,号称黄金地段,但事实并非如此,试以办公楼租金高阶为比较,同样为五星级甲级办公楼,陆家嘴佥茂是每平方米13元/日,南京西路恒隆广场则高达每平方米15元/日,而紧紧靠近地块的久事大厦才每平方米5元/日,差距不以道里计。
