采用CLSM对2.25Cr1Mo0.25V钢试样实施了连续加热和冷却处理,并进行了原位实时观察冷却过程中发生相变时的试样表面形貌。结果表明:通过原位观察分析,确定了连续冷却过程中转变相的析出位置、转变顺序、生长方向及形态;在冷却过程中,相变首先从一个晶粒开始,随后其他晶粒开始发生相变;相变由原奥氏体晶界析出,呈板条状向前生长;相变发生在贝氏体形成温度区间,相变开始温度490℃,贝氏体相变结束温度423℃。
The CLSM was used to continuously heat and cool the 2.25Cr1Mo0.25V steel sample, and the in-situ real-time observation of the surface morphology of the sample during the phase transition occurred during cooling. The results show that the precipitates, the order of transformation, the growth direction and the morphology of the transformation phase are determined by in-situ observation and analysis. In the cooling process, the transformation starts from one grain first, and then the other grains begin to take place The phase transformation occurs from the original austenite grain boundary and grows forwardly in the form of slats. The phase transformation takes place in the bainite formation temperature range. The initial temperature of transformation is 490 ℃ and the temperature of bainite transformation is 423 ℃.
