公共工程属于我国工程建设领域中十分重要的部分,研究采用内容分析法和问卷调查法,用34个关键指标代表建筑市场竞争规则,分别收集业主和承包商对竞争规则的认知态度,建立竞争匹配度模型,研究建筑市场竞争主体双方的竞争规则匹配度问题,并提出相应对策建议。研究发现,公共工程竞争主体双方对竞争规则的经济部分和技术部分整体性认知较为一致,但仍存在一些对工程项目、社会、竞争主体自身有较大影响的不匹配的因素,整体不匹配率为14.7%,现有情况下,切实改良竞争规则中不甚匹配的因素,对提升建筑市场运行效率,促进建筑市场的可持续发展有较大意义。
Public works belong to a very important part in the field of engineering construction in our country. The content analysis and questionnaire are used in this research. 34 key indicators are used to represent the competition rules in the construction market. The public utilities and contractors respectively collect the awareness of competition rules and establish competition Matching degree model to study the matching degree of competition rules between the main competitors in the construction market and to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
