从城市政府层面看,除了做好经常性的市场供求关系的调节、监控,以及正确引导消费以外,还应当解决财政上对房地产业过份依赖的问题,合理确定城市的经济结构和财政结构。从企业层面看,应加强社会责任感,诚信经营,实施可持续发展的营销策略,尤其要加紧建立合理的定价机制。
From the aspect of city government, apart from regular regulation and control of supply and demand in the market and the correct guidance of consumption, the government should also solve the problem of over-reliance on real estate in finance and reasonably determine the economic structure and financial structure of the city. From the enterprise level, we should strengthen our sense of social responsibility, operate with integrity and implement sustainable marketing strategies. In particular, we should step up the establishment of a reasonable pricing mechanism.
