随着绿色环保在国际间的确立与推进,电力电子技术的应用范围已从传统的工业控制和4C产业(计算机、通信、消费类电子产品和汽车),扩展到新能源(风电、太阳能)、轨道交通、智能电网,甚至现在最热的新能源汽车和充电站等新领域。因此电力电子技术的发展将成为现代能源利用领域的热点。日前电力电子、智能运动、可再生能源与能源管理国际展览会与研讨会PCIM-Asia 2013在上海举办,英飞凌展示了一系列适合工业应用的创新的功率半导体解决方案和技术,包括最新的IGBT技术TRENCHSTOP 5、Rapid二极管技术、基于全新封装TO-Leadless的大电流MOSFET技术、模块封装技术以及全新导热膏TIM等。
With the establishment and promotion of green in the world, the application of power electronics technology has expanded from traditional industrial control and 4C industries (computers, telecommunications, consumer electronics and automobiles) to new energy sources (wind power, solar power) Rail transport, smart grid, and even new areas such as the hottest new energy vehicles and charging stations. Recently International Conference on Power Electronics, Smart Sports, Renewable Energy and Energy Management PCIM-Asia 2013 in Shanghai, Infineon showcases a range of innovative power semiconductor solutions and technologies for industrial applications, including the latest IGBT technology TRENCHSTOP 5, Rapid diode technology, high-current MOSFET technology based on the new package TO-Leadless, module packaging technology and a new thermal paste TIM.
