[目的]建立QuEChERS-气质联用法同时测定土壤中16种农药残留的方法。[方法]通过乙腈提取,QuEChERS进行样品净化,经DB-1701色谱柱分离,选择离子模式下同时测定。[结果]16种农药残留在20~1000μg/L范围内线性关系良好,方法的检出限(S/N≥3)范围为0.8~13.5μg/kg;定量限(S/N≥10)为2.7~45μg/kg。样品回收率为67.5%~97.9%,相对标准偏差为1.9%~9.7%。[结论]该方法稳定、准确且简易快捷,可同时满足土壤中残杀威等16种不同类型农药残留检测的需要。
[Objective] To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 16 pesticide residues in soil by QuEChERS-GC / MS. [Method] QuEChERS was used to purify the sample by acetonitrile extraction. The sample was separated by DB-1701 column and simultaneously determined by selective ion mode. [Result] The linear range of the 16 pesticide residues in the range of 20-1000 μg / L was good. The detection limit (S / N≥3) ranged from 0.8 to 13.5 μg / kg and the limit of quantification (S / N≥10) was 2.7 ~ 45μg / kg. The recoveries of samples ranged from 67.5% to 97.9% with relative standard deviations of 1.9% -9.7%. [Conclusion] The method was stable, accurate, simple and quick, and could meet the need of 16 kinds of pesticide residues detection in the soil simultaneously.
