137Cs-γ射线可以诱发鼠骨髓干细胞染色体不稳定性的延迟表达。结果显示1)鼠骨髓细胞经γ射线照射后,体外培养14d,在其CFU-A中仍有不稳定性染色体畸变出现。2)A4细胞经γ射线照射后,其染色体不稳定性畸变的延迟表达可持续30d以上,并有一定的剂量-效应关系,多数时间点具有统计学意义。3)γ射线照射BALB/C小鼠,染色体不稳定性的体内传递可持续30d以上,并在第30d时出现染色体畸变频率的异常升高。染色体不稳定性延迟表达的结果,一方面可能使细胞死亡,另一方面可能使细胞的基因不稳定性遗传下来,并最终导致细胞的癌变。
137Cs-γ-ray can induce the delayed expression of chromosomal instability of mouse bone marrow stem cells. The results showed that 1) murine bone marrow cells were irradiated by γ-ray and cultured in vitro for 14 days, and unstable chromosomal aberrations still appeared in their CFU-A. 2) Delayed expression of A4 chromosome aberration after exposure to γ-rays can last for more than 30 days, and there is a certain dose-effect relationship, which is statistically significant at most time points. 3) γ-ray irradiation of BALB / C mice, chromosomal instability in vivo transmission can be sustained more than 30d, and in the first 30d when abnormal chromosomal aberrations appear. The delayed expression of chromosomal instability results in the death of cells on the one hand and the genetic instability of the cells on the other hand and eventually in the carcinogenesis of the cells.
