明星代言虚假广告是当今社会关注的焦点问题。一些明星人物经不起利益的诱惑,在商业广告中,向人们传输虚假信息,欺骗消费者,给社会造成的危害性非常大,明星是否需要承担责任以及承担什么样的责任是当今社会最为关注的问题。文章通过对我国明星代言虚假广告的现状与法律责任分析展开了讨论,同时又提出了一些加强明星代言虚假广告制度建立的有效措施,从而减少明星代言虚假广告的现象。
Celebrity endorsement false advertising is the focus of attention in today’s society. Some celebrities could not afford the temptation of profit to transmit false information to consumers in commercial advertisements to deceive consumers and cause great harm to the society. Whether celebrities need to take responsibility and what kind of responsibility they are responsible for is the most concern in the society today The problem. This article discusses the status quo and legal liability of the false advertisements of celebrity endorsements in our country. At the same time, it puts forward some effective measures to strengthen the false advertising system of celebrity endorsement, and thus reduces the phenomenon of false advertisements of celebrity endorsements.
