目的探讨高、低两种浓度的试剂盒测定尿中碘含量的方法和技术。方法样品按照试剂盒法测定尿中碘含量,分析实验过程中的影响因素。结果该方法的标准曲线范围碘质量浓度为0~300μg/L和300~1 200μg/L,相关系数|r|均>0.999 0。5种浓度的国家标准参考物质测定结果均在其不确定度范围内。4种不同浓度的尿样重复性测定的相对标准偏差分别为1.3%、1.5%、2.1%、4.7%。结论应用试剂盒法测定尿中碘的含量,该方法操作简单,标准曲线线性关系良好,精密度和准确度较高,是测定尿碘的可靠方法。
Objective To investigate the methods and techniques for determination of iodine in urine by using high and low concentration kits. Methods Samples were assayed for urinary iodine by kit method and the influencing factors in the experiment were analyzed. Results The calibration curve range of the method was 0 ~ 300μg / L for iodine and 300 ~ 1 200μg / L for iodine, the correlation coefficient | r |> 0.999. The national standard reference substances of 0.5 concentrations were all within the range of their uncertainty Range. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of reproducibility of urine samples of 4 different concentrations were 1.3%, 1.5%, 2.1% and 4.7%, respectively. Conclusion The method of kit method for the determination of urinary iodine content, the method is simple, the standard curve of a good linear relationship, high precision and accuracy, is a reliable method for the determination of urinary iodine.
