Objective: To investigate the pathological changes of blast injury of skeletal muscle in the natural environment from -25 ℃ to -13 ℃ in the alpine region, and provide the basis for the treatment of wound-frostbite. Methods: A group of adult experimental dogs and experimental sheep were exposed to natural deer -25 ℃ ~ -13 ℃ under general anesthesia with a copper detonator to observe the changes of histopathology and ultrastructure Structure. Results: The pathological changes of the injured muscle tissue in blast injury gradually progressed with the prolongation of freezing time. The mitochondria ultrastructure of muscle cells degenerated and became more and more degenerative with time. CONCLUSIONS: After the blast injury is re-frozen, the various physiological functions of the body are significantly inhibited, aggravating the degree of infection, which has a greater impact on the function of the body and brings more difficulties to the treatment. In the alpine region, the blast injury Early treatment to prevent frostbite is of great importance.
