According to the journal “Light Metal Series” 1987, No. 829 reported that Japan invented a new production process of aluminum extrusion die. This new process is called the coagulation control casting method. As the name suggests, since it is called the casting method, it shows that it is different from the previous metalworking method (forging method). However, the mold made by this new method has the same strength as the mold made by the forging method and overcomes the defect of low yield of the forged product. Forgings yield is very low, often below 50%. To this end, attempts have been made to manufacture extrusion dies using castings of the lost wax casting method,
