Mller细胞是人视网膜内主要的神经胶质细胞之一,其突起分布于外界膜到内界膜,二级突起与神经元和胶质细胞密切接触,并可发挥重要的生理功能。糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)是糖尿病的主要并发症之一,其发病机制尚未完全清楚。近年来,随着对Mller细胞的深入研究,发现其在DR的发病和进展中起着重要的作用,本文就目前对Mller细胞的研究现状以及其在DR中的作用机制作一综述。
