目的了解鲍曼不动杆菌临床分离菌株消毒剂抗性基因携带情况。方法采用PCR扩增技术,对山东省部分医院临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌消毒剂抗性基因(qacA/B)携带情况进行检测。结果 23株临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌均未检出qacA/B基因。临床分离鲍曼不动杆菌中,有91.30%菌株染色体携带qacEΔ1-sul1基因,有95.65%菌株质粒携带qacEΔ1-sul1基因。结论本研究中临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌菌株qacA/B基因携带率极低,而qacEΔ1-sul1基因携带是普遍现象,提示鲍曼不动杆菌易在菌株之间进行抗性基因传播。
Objective To understand the antibacterial resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii isolates. Methods PCR amplification was performed to detect the presence of qacA / B resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii isolates clinically isolated from some hospitals in Shandong Province. Results No qacA / B gene was detected in 23 clinically isolated Acinetobacter baumannii strains. Acinetobacter baumannii clinical isolates, 91.30% of the chromosome strains carry qacEΔ1-sul1 gene, 95.65% of the plasmid carrying qacEΔ1-sul1 gene. Conclusion The qacA / B gene of Acinetobacter baumannii isolated clinically in this study has a very low carrying rate, but the qacEΔ1-sul1 gene is a common phenomenon, suggesting that Acinetobacter baumannii easily spread resistance genes among isolates.
