随着我国市场经济的高速发展,社会成员的流动性日渐增加,企业和个人都面临着双向选择,这一方面给人才市场的档案管理工作带来了挑战,另一方面也将促进我国档案管理工作制度的日益完善。依照国家现行档案管理立法的相关规定,笔者从档案管理工作的实践出发,并适时借鉴吸收各专家学者的意见和建议,立足国家、社会和个人的各个角度全方位探寻适合档案管理工作的路径,解决目前档案管理工作中存在的问题,为我国人才市场的档案管理工作提供一些新的思路。
