应用单片机进行CO2焊机变结构波形控制的实验性研究,硬件控制系统采用8031单片微机实现.电路设计中采取了光电隔离等抗干扰措施,使系统可靠性得到提高.软件由主程序和定时器中断服务程序组成,主程序实现系统控制,中断服务程序实现变结构算法运算.研究结果表明,采用CO2焊接变结构微机控制后,飞溅明显减少,焊接质量得到提高.
Application of single-chip CO2 welding machine variable structure waveform control experimental study, the hardware control system using 8031 single-chip microcomputer. Circuit design adopted optical isolation and other anti-jamming measures, so that system reliability is improved. Software consists of the main program and timer interrupt service routine, the main program to achieve system control, interrupt service routine variable structure algorithm. The results show that the use of CO2 welding variable structure microcomputer control, the spatter was significantly reduced, the welding quality is improved.
