20 0 3年 (癸未年 )是茶圣陆羽诞辰 12 70周年 ,陆羽编著的世界第一部全面论述茶业的专著——《茶经》,被历代中外史学界誉为茶的经典名著 ,具有划时代意义。《茶经》问世后 ,一再刊行 ,至宋时已有数种版本流行。《茶经》对茶的起源、生产、加工、烹煮、品饮以及诸多人文与自然因素作了深入细致的研究与总结 ,使茶学真正成为一种专门的科学 ,《茶经》还倡导品饮艺术 ,使饮茶成为一种艺术活动。陆羽被后世恭称为“陆子”,陆羽茶学理论体系的研究则被称为“陆学”,茶商们则把陆羽奉为“茶神”。陆羽的品德和精神至今仍具有深远的现实意义 ,为缅怀陆羽 ,弘扬茶学 ,振兴茶业 ,本刊特辟“纪念茶圣陆羽诞辰 12 70周年”专栏 ,以资纪念。
20 0 3 years (Gui Wei years) is the seventieth anniversary of the birth of the tea Sheng Lu Yu, Lu Yu, the world’s first book, a comprehensive discussion of the tea industry monograph - “The Book of Songs”, was historically Chinese and foreign historians as the classic tea classics, With epoch-making significance. After the advent of The Book of Tea, it was published many times, and several editions were popular during the Song Dynasty. “The Book of Tea” made in-depth and meticulous research and summary of the origin, production, processing, cooking, food and drink and many human and natural factors of tea so that tea study truly become a kind of special science, “tea” also advocate Drinking art, making tea become an art activity. Lu Yu was later known as the “Son of the land”, Lu Yu’s theoretical system of tea study is called “Lu studies”, tea traders who put Lu Yu as “tea god.” Lu Yu’s character and spirit still have far-reaching practical significance. To cherish the memory of Lu Yu, carry forward the tea study and rejuvenate the tea industry, we publish a special column titled “Remembrance of the 70th Anniversary of the Birth of Tea in the Holy Land” to commemorate the occasion.
