幼儿是一个人成长过程中的关键期,近年来,我国对幼儿教育越来越重视,而幼儿园的质量离不开一个优秀园长的管理。但以往对幼儿园园长这一职位的研究仅从园长的素质、能力或知识水平等角度去衡量,缺乏系统性和完整性。本文将胜任力理论引入到幼儿园园长的研究中,从园长的知识、技能、动机、个人特质等多方面对园长这一职位做整体分析,并构建幼儿园园长胜任力模型,希望为幼儿园园长的甄选、培训和自我提升提供参考价值。
In recent years, our country has paid more and more attention to early childhood education, and the quality of kindergarten can not be separated from the management of an outstanding principal. But in the past, the research on kindergarten chief position was only measured from the director’s qualities, abilities or knowledge level, and lack of systematicness and completeness. This paper introduces competency theory into the research of kindergarten headmaster. From the knowledge, skill, motivation, personal characteristics and other aspects, the author analyzes the headmaster’s position comprehensively and builds kindergarten director competency model. Kindergarten director selection, training and self-improvement provide reference value.
