1993年9月3日,俄罗斯驻华商务处举行信息发布会介绍俄西伯利亚和远东地区招商项目。俄这一地区把亚太地区国家作为对外经贸合作的主要对象,1992年俄远东的两个最大的贸易伙伴便是中国和日本,分别占其外贸总额的37.9％和34.4％。在这样的背景下,除贸易往来外,我们还可以慎重、积极地开展其他形式的合作,其中包括有选择地进行投资以及组织合作生产。为此,下面介绍一些有关的机电项目,以供参考。
On September 3, 1993, the Russian Business Office in China held an information conference to introduce investment projects in Siberia and the Far East of Russia. This region of Russia regards the countries of the Asia Pacific region as the main object of foreign economic and trade cooperation. In 1992, the two largest trading partners of the Russian Far East were China and Japan, which accounted for 37.9% and 34.4% of their total foreign trade respectively. Against this background, in addition to trade exchanges, we can also prudently and actively carry out other forms of cooperation, including selective investment and organization of cooperative production. For this purpose, some relevant electromechanical items are described below for reference.
