目的:建立一种用高效液相色谱法测定满山红软胶囊中杜鹃素含量的方法。方法:高效液相色谱法,色谱柱Hypersil BDS G18 250×4.6MM 5μm;流动相为甲醇-水(60:40);紫外检测波长297nm;流速10ml/min。结果:在0.1040μg-0.5200μg范围内杜鹃素与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9999,回归方程为Y=39116.90X+13834566.35。杜鹃素在70%甲醇溶液中8小时内稳定。精密度为0.74%。平均回收率为99.48%。结论:该方法快速,准确,专属性好,灵敏度高。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of farrerol in Manshanhong soft capsules by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography, column Hypersil BDS G18 250×4.6MM 5μm; mobile phase methanol-water (60:40); UV detection wavelength 297nm; flow rate 10ml/min. Results: The linear relationship between rhododendin and peak area was good in the range of 0.1040μg-0.5200μg, r=0.9999, and the regression equation was Y=39116.90X+13834566.35. Rhododendron is stable in 80% methanol solution for 8 hours. The precision is 0.74%. The average recovery rate was 99.48%. Conclusion: This method is rapid, accurate, specific, and highly sensitive.
