锅炉作为工业中的能源动力装备,其运行的经济性、稳定性直接关系到企业生产效益与安全。采用先进的电子和计算机技术对锅炉仪表控制系统进行改造是非常必要的。为此,本文主要是对锅炉改造的技术要求和指标进行了阐述,同时把先进的DCS系统当作锅炉控制系统核心。锅炉鼓、引风机利用了变频驱动技术,其主要目的就是保护电机和节省相关的资源。其中,锅炉中主要的参数不仅可以在DCS系统上显示、控制,同时也可以在手操拒上显示。本文主要是对锅炉仪表中的自控系统进行改造,其目的主要是提高系统的功效,改进工业生产的工作。
Boiler as an industrial energy-powered equipment, the economy of its operation and stability are directly related to the production efficiency and safety of enterprises. The use of advanced electronics and computer technology to transform the boiler instrumentation control system is necessary. To this end, this paper mainly describes the technical requirements and indicators of the boiler transformation, at the same time the advanced DCS system as the core of the boiler control system. Boiler drum, induced draft fan using variable frequency drive technology, its main purpose is to protect the motor and save related resources. Among them, the main parameters of the boiler can not only be displayed on the DCS system, control, but also can be displayed on the hand-held refusal. This article is mainly on the boiler instrumentation in the control system to transform, its main purpose is to improve the system’s effectiveness and improve industrial production.
