Wistar大鼠40只,分为对照(C)组、胰岛素及时治疗糖尿病组(DCIR)、胰岛素延迟治疗糖尿病组(DDIR)和糖尿病组(D)。观察60d后,检测垂体及血清中LH、FSH、PRL及血清中睾酮水平,并检测睾丸雄激素结合蛋白(APP)、环磷酸腺苷cAMP和附睾精子计数。结果表明:糖尿病时血中LH、FSH、PRL及睾酮水平下降;垂体组织LH各组间无显著差异,C组FSH显著高于DCIR、DDIR和D组,D组PRL显著高于C组;C组附睾精子计数显著高于DCIR、DDIR和D组,D组显著低于DCIR和DDIR;睾丸组织ABP和cAMP在糖尿病时无显著改变。提示:青春期糖尿病时垂体-睾丸轴功能降低,睾丸生精功能障碍。
Forty Wistar rats were divided into control group (C), insulin treated diabetic group (DCIR), insulin delayed treatment diabetic group (DDIR) and diabetic group (D). After 60 days of observation, the levels of LH, FSH, PRL and serum testosterone in pituitary and serum were detected, and testicular androgen binding protein (APP), cyclic adenosine monophosphate cAMP and epididymal sperm count were detected. The results showed that: the blood LH, FSH, PRL and testosterone levels decreased; pituitary LH no significant differences between groups, the FSH was significantly higher in C group than DCIR, DDIR and D group, PRL group D was significantly higher than C group; C The epididymal sperm counts were significantly higher in DCIR, DDIR and D groups than in DCIR and DDIR groups. There was no significant change in testis ABP and cAMP in diabetes. Tip: puberty diabetes pituitary - testicular axis decreased testis spermatogenic dysfunction.
