本文阐述了我国危险废物处置、运输的基本情况,危险废物的认定及运输管理相关法律规定等内容,分析了我国危险废物运输管理在分类、鉴别、豁免、监管、通行等方面存在的问题,并借鉴美国、欧洲等相关管理经验,提出了我国危险废物道路运输管理的工作建议。 This paper describes the basic situation of hazardous waste disposal and transportation, the identification of hazardous waste and the relevant legal provisions of transportation management, and analyzes the problems in the classification, identification, exemption, regulation and access of hazardous waste transportation management in China.
