１９９１年１０月 ,浙江余姚市建立了由劳动局、卫生局和总工会领导组成的市劳动鉴定委员会。近几年来 ,市劳动鉴定委员会每年组织人员对５００多名职工是否丧失劳动能力进行鉴定 ,累计有２１３０名伤残职工进行了劳动能力鉴定 ,较好地落实了劳动法规对伤残职工给予的特别保护
In October 1991, Yuyao City, Zhejiang Province, established a Labor Appraisal Committee composed of labor bureau, health bureau and the leadership of the Federation of Trade Unions. In recent years, the municipal labor appraisal committee organizes the appraisal of the incapacity of more than 500 workers each year. A total of 2,133 disabled workers have been appraised for their ability to work, so as to better implement the special provisions of labor laws and regulations on disabled workers protection
