首先推导了一种石英振梁加速度计偏值K_0、标度因数K_1的计算公式,并进行了K_1温度特性计算仿真,结果和试验数据相吻合。其次通过计算及试验验证,在-40℃~80℃范围内,双端固定谐振梁的温度特性曲线为抛物线,存在温度拐点,频率变化小于8Hz,同时给出了约束条件下谐振梁的温度试验结果。最后进行了仪表温度模型标定及补偿研究,试验结果表明:经过补偿,在工作温度范围内,仪表偏值变化优于1mg,标度因数变化优于5×10~(-5)。
First of all, the calculation formula of bias factor K_0 and scaling factor K_1 for accelerometer of quartz vibrating beam is deduced, and the calculation of K_1 temperature characteristic is carried out. The result is in good agreement with the experimental data. Secondly, through calculation and experiment, the temperature characteristic curve of the double-ended fixed resonant beam is parabola in the range of -40 ℃ ~ 80 ℃, the temperature inflection point exists, the frequency variation is less than 8Hz, and the temperature test of the resonant beam under the constraint condition is given result. Finally, the instrument temperature model calibration and compensation studies were carried out. The experimental results show that: after compensation, the variation of the instrument bias is better than 1mg and the scale factor is better than 5 × 10 -5 in the working temperature range.
