门诊输液室的护患沟通技巧

目的:探讨门诊输液室的护患沟通技巧,改善护患关系,提高护理质量。方法:成立门诊护患沟通小组,分析目前护患沟通中存在的问题,制定加强护患沟通的措施,从微笑服务、提高沟通技巧等方面进行。并比较加强门诊护患沟通后患者对护理工作的满意度及护理人员护患沟通技巧水平。结果:加强门诊输液室护患沟通后,患者对护理工作的满意度有了显著提高(P<0.01);同时,护理人员的沟通技巧水平也有了显著提高,由之前的60%上升到90%(P<0.01)。结论:通过加强门诊输液室护理人员的沟通技巧,促进护患沟通,改善护患关系,提高患者满意度。 Objective: To discuss the nurse-patient communication skills in outpatient infusion room, improve the nurse-patient relationship and improve the nursing quality. Methods: The outpatient nurse-patient communication group was set up to analyze the current problems in nurse-patient communication and formulate measures to enhance communication between nurses and patients, from the aspects of smiling service and communication skills. And compared to strengthen patient care and patient communication satisfaction after patient care and nurse-patient communication skills. Results: Satisfaction of nurses and patients in the outpatient infusion room was significantly improved (P <0.01). At the same time, the level of communication skills of nurses also increased significantly from 60% to 90% (P <0.01). Conclusion: By strengthening communication skills of outpatient infusion room nurses, promoting nurse-patient communication, improving nurse-patient relationship and improving patient satisfaction.
