论述了超声波位移传感器测距的基本原理及其在大型回转支承运行状态监测中的应用。针对回转支承运行特点,利用超声波传感器对其轴向位移进行了测量。对现场测试数据进一步处理得到了回转支承的动态轴向磨损量,为评估其运行状态提供了定量的依据。
The basic principle of ultrasonic distance sensor ranging and its application in the monitoring of large slewing bearings are discussed. According to the characteristics of slewing bearing operation, the axial displacement of the slewing bearing was measured by ultrasonic sensor. The dynamic axial wear of the slewing ring was further processed on the field test data to provide a quantitative basis for assessing its operating status.
