目的:建立透骨香中儿茶素、白珠树苷、滇白珠苷A的一测多评含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱,以中药透骨香为研究对象,以儿茶素为内参物,建立其与白珠树苷、滇白珠苷A的相对校正因子,并进行含量测定,实现一测多评。同时采用外标法测定28批透骨香中儿茶素、白珠树苷、滇白珠苷A的含量,验证一测多评法的准确性。结果:建立的校正因子重复性良好,采用校正因子计算的含量值与外标法实测值之间无显著差异。结论:以外标法测定儿茶素,利用相对校正因子实现对白珠树苷和滇白珠苷A测定是准确的、可行的,一测多评法可以用于特定的不同类型成分间的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of ciguatins, bezoside, Methods: Using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), the traditional Chinese medicine, Gujiangyao, was taken as the research object. Results: The correction factor was established with good repeatability. There was no significant difference between the content calculated by the correction factor and the actual value of external standard method. Conclusion: The determination of catechin by external standard method, the use of relative correction factor to achieve bezacoside and Diclofosin A determination is accurate and feasible, a test and more evaluation method can be used for the determination of specific different types of ingredients.
